Randy Jemerson is the owner and lead instructor for Exigent Solutions. He has over 25 years of law enforcement experience and has served at various positions and ranks; most notably as Commander of Tactical Operations (SWAT, Canine, Aviation) and Commander of the Civil Disobedience Team (Protests/Riots).
His training experience consists of SWAT tactics, Threat Response for Law Enforcement (Single to Team tactics), Threat Response for Civilians, Mobile Field Force Tactics/Response to Protests/Riots, Less Lethal Munitions, and Counter-Ambush for Law Enforcement.
Randy is also retired from the U.S. Army Reserve as a Command Sergeant Major with over 28 years of experience in logistics and leadership.
